England World Cup squad: Brook in, Roy out!

England has announced their 15-man squad for the 2023 World Cup, and there are a few surprises in store!

Harry Brook has been included in the squad at the expense of Jason Roy, despite a string of failures in the recent series against New Zealand.  

Ben Stokes has reversed his decision to retire from ODI cricket and will return for the World Cup.    

Jos Buttler will captain the England side in the World Cup.      

Moeen Ali will provide England with all-round options in the World Cup.      

Jonny Bairstow is one of England's most explosive batsmen and will be key to their success in the World Cup.       

Sam Curran is another all-rounder who will be crucial to England's World Cup hopes.          

Liam Livingstone is a big-hitting batsman who can also bowl leg-spin.            

Dawid Malan is one of the most consistent batsmen in the world and will be a key part of England's batting line-up.             

Adil Rashid is one of the best leg-spinners in the world and will be England's main wicket-taker in the World Cup.
