Shahi Paneer Recipe

Shahi paneer is a popular North Indian dish made with paneer 

1. Heat ghee or oil in a pan on medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

2 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

4. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala powder. 

5. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. 

6. Add cubed paneer and mix gently.

Add heavy cream and salt to taste.  

Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.

10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
